Killzone 3 is a video FPS game for PlayStation 3. It was developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. This is the fourth installment in the Killzone series and the first to offer 3D support since its launch.
Argument
The game starts immediately after Killzone 2 ends, continuing the story of the series: ISA against Helghast Empire. The game continues shortly following the defeat of RadeAe Vizari by Sev and Rico.
The Helghast Empire has been left in an internal conflict since the death of the dictator. Sev and Rico, his partner Rico, are now caught in the middle of the political conflict without reinforcements. They are trying to escape from the planet, Helga.
It also allows players to get a better understanding of Helghan culture, including their language and ways of living.
History Killzone 3 is also more joyful than its predecessor. This was a significant complaint of his predecessor. Although it was noted that it wouldn’t be too sentimental since it was still a war, it was not too sentimental. Guerrilla Games has also hired an outside writer to help with the story. This will give the game a fresh perspective on history and allow for more narration.
Guerrilla Games stated that the story would play an integral part in the game, with dialogue and character development significantly improved over its predecessor. Guerrilla Games also stated that they would limit Killzone 3’s inauguration. Many felt this was unnecessary in Killzone 2. He stated that the dialogue should be focused on the story and not the “free” inauguration.
Gameplay
It will be similar to Killzone 2 but with many adjustments and modifications. The game will be played in hostile environments, just like Killzone 2.
Another feature that has been added is the ability for players to use air packs within the game. These were previously used in Killzone Liberation. However, the packages of new aircraft can be used in a different way than in Killzone Liberation.
A new system of brutal fighting will be featured in the game, as well as the ability for multiple attacks to be combined into a single combo.
Killzone 3 is said to be capable of creating fully-destructible environments. This is an improvement over its predecessor. However, Guerrilla Games has not confirmed this rumor. WASP, a new weapon that can fire multiple rocket launchers, has also been revealed.
The July 2010 issue of GameInformer was edited and revealed that the rocket launcher would fire WASP primary fire and secondary fire. This leaves the possibility that various weapons could be used again by the secondary fire as in the original Killzone.
