Roman’s claims are revealed as lies that conceal his own shortcomings, however in reality, the only thing he owns is a small taxi company which he wishes Niko to join.
Roman has been the sole one Niko is aware of from Liberty City to begin with He is also one of his primary connections during the beginning in the story. Niko is a rough character and Roman is a friend. Roman is deeply in debt and many people are chasing him. He is desperate for Niko’s help and that’s why that he lulled Niko into going in Liberty City. They have been constantly arguing.
